FRAME SECTION

​

  • All drive line shafts and bearings are replaced with new components

  • All feeder drive gearboxes perform at factory tolerances or are replaced

  • New clean out belt

  • New drive and idler end collator shaft and sprockets

  • All chain rails resurfaced and hardened

  • New collator chain

  • New main drive motor

  • Complete air and vacuum system cleaned and installed with new hose

  • During the remanufacturing process the main frame is repainted and cosmetically looks new

POCKET SECTION
 

  • All pockets are cleaned and inspected for fatigue and cracks and replaced as needed

  • New grippers, suckers, springs, mylar tubing and bearings

​

VACUUM SECTION

​

  • New vacuum shuttle cups

  • New shuttle springs

  • New vacuum hoses

  • New sprockets and drive chain

  • Totally inspected for wear and fatigue, materials replaced as needed

FEEDERS

GRIPPER CONVEYOR

​

  • All track, conveyor chain, pickup and take-up assemblies are replaced with new parts

  • Grippers are disassembled; cleaned gears and clutches and rubber pads are replaced

  • New infeed belts and wire

  • Infeed rollers inspected and replaced as needed

  • All Gripper Drum parts are inspected for fatigue and replaced as needed. All springs, shafts, cams, followers and bushings are replaced and drum is retimed and set to factory specs

ELECTRICAL

​

  • New drive controller

  • AC motor driven infeed with on the fly adjustment.

  • All wire harness inspected for wear or fatigue and replaced as needed.

  • All electrical components are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and tested prior to shipment.

  • New software controls

Mailroom Services utilizes our own professional technicians for installation and training. Our customers do not have to worry about outside contractors.
